LOCATED 14 MILES WEST OF BLACKFOOT, IDAHO, the Snake River Speedway is entering the 2009 season. Upon completion it will include a 3/8 mile banked D-shaped circle track, 1/4 mile drag strip, RV park, a motocross track, convenience store with gas station, and concession stands.

The corparation has completed the basic dirt work to the 4000 foot mark and has the land and construction paid for.
All share holders still have all of their original stock purchases on the books of the corporation. KEEP YOUR CERTIFACATE. It is the only way to verify your investment.
With this years construction, the corporate value should be around $475,000 thus making your shares more valuable.
The construction had to stop because the funding that was originally offered was not acceptable to the board. It was too little, too late in the year and appeared structured to create a problem later on. The bank took over three months to process the papers.
As you know, the whole world is having financial problems and it will take some time to clear. The board is working with two other lenders and is expecting resolution around the first of the year. We will proceed with construction as soon as possible thereafter.
There are still some shares available to those who are serious investors. The A and C shares have around $700,000 still open. B shares are $50,000 minimum investment.
The completion of the drag strip will take around $800,000 to get a basic facility, NO fancy anything.
All sponsors are incouraged to contact the members of the board and give letters of intent for the 2009 season. The track has signage available on the tower, each lane scoreboard, and around the facility.
